The Backup monitor

Ability to alter storage limits – this enables a live upgrade of your customer's storage limits.

Full customer contact details – enables you to store customer details for ease of administration.

•

Backup status reporting – this allows you to set account warning options. For example 'No Backup Activity' for a specified period or 'Near/Over Account Limit'.

Near-limit warning – you can check any of your customers accounts to see if they are approaching their storage limit. You can then contact them to either reduce their backup selection or increase their account size.

•

Over-limit warning – you can to see at a glance if any of your customers accounts are over the limit you set for them.

•

Last backup date – shows when the last backup occurred. You can monitor the account and contact your customer to advise them of recent backup activity.

•

User Activity – this shows how much data is being sent or received, the transfer speed and backup time remaining. You are able to monitor the status of active data transfers.
